Based in Tamaki Makaurau, Aotearoa, Banshee (@__6anshee) is the brainchild of designer, Kayla Rousselle. After Covid lockdowns hit, a redundancy pushed Kayla to invest full-time in launching her own label. The result? An almost entirely upcycled range featuring striped micro shorts, braided tops, asymmetric cuts, reconstructed leather jackets or mesh gloves. "Banshee is all about helping hot people, party girls and baddies to be their true selves," Kayla says.
