11 years….💔 Sept • 9 • 2015 is a day I will NVR forget and it will be a day that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Dad, you’re supposed to be here and at times it still doesn’t sit right with me. I have came to peace with you not being here as the years went on, but this year for some reason it feels a bit different. There are so many milestones that you were supposed to be apart of like my 10th birthday, my 16th birthday, the dating stage, my senior prom, me graduating high school, and me turning 20…🥺💔 there’s so many things, but those were the biggest moments that I feel like you should be here for and your not😢 I love and miss you so so so much❤️ even tho your not physically here you still live through me. Since I’m your ONLY child lol and also the people that love and care about you. I thank Yah for the moments and memories that we did have together like the one time you came home from work late and I was still up and I played this song from a cartoon movie and it was saying how we were gonna be friends until the very end and I was singing it to you because you were my best friend and you will always be my best friend til the very end and more. That will always be rent free in my mind and in my heart🥹 I miss your big cheesy smile and laugh, how you cared not only for me but my other siblings, you taking me out to do fun different things and just our time together overall❤️ but with all this being said I can’t wait to see you again one day and it’ll be better than before🥹 I love you dad… forever ❤️ ~Your LightBright✨ by @___.lyra
