of course, that also depends on your definition of “luxury”. We can all agree that Milan is never ‘loud’ compared to other European cities, but the longer you live here, the more you feel its firm identity. It woven into the neighborhoods, the way of people live — you notice the chic underneath its chaos.

I do feel like Milan is built more for insiders — the architectural designs, the history and intentions behind it all — its for people who truly appreciate it, and who knows how to appreciate it

For me, Milan is a very small ‘big city’, you can literally go from one end to the other in an hour — and if you have time, you can even walk across it! But its compact size doesn’t mean it’s quite. It’s a city packed with cultural events every single week; endless cuisines and new restaurants to try; incredible wine and cocktails bars tucked into every neighborhood….you can never get bored.

Milan is never only about fashion. Design Week (literally my fav period), Art Week, Music Week, and more…. These are the moments when the entire city transforms into a public festival. Countless events scattered across various neighborhoods, people from both outside and inside the city all gather in the same spaces, hyped by these cultural events. Suddenly, Milan doesn’t feels so ‘cold’ anymore. Or perhaps it was never ‘cold’ to begin with — it’s just a little bit nerdy

If I have to describe Milan in short, this is it.
