It was beautiful yesterday to play bass during a yoga class led by someone I admire and respect so much, @brooklynreardonn, surrounded by art in this gorgeous space

Three years in Berlin

Really such an insane exercise in following what feels right vs what you think you should do

Really so much of eating life with your hands rather than with a knife and fork

Really so much confusion, questioning, doubting, and then validation

So many doors opening to exactly what you want

So much hesitation about whether you’re worthy of wanting that

I will keep engaging with these lessons, I will keep fighting, the truth I get glimpses of is worth more than anything, but it’s painful, it’s painful to unlearn your past, it’s painful to realize how untrue to myself I was being before, it’s confusing to reconcile those past versions of myself with the version of myself that’s emerging now

But damn I am so grateful, everything that’s been laid out for me, everything I’ve had access to, I’m so lucky, so so lucky, and as much as I’ve fought to break free from the shackles of the life I existed in before, I think I can die happy knowing that here I have truly lived taken in Museums Insel Berlin by @________asa4

2025 was an interesting year. I’ve recently been reflecting on my values, and one thing that’s come up is the concept of “shared aliveness.” I think this is what has kept me going through all tough times, the ability to come together with other people, experience something real, exchange energy in a meaningful way

Thank you to all those who were part of that for me this year, and I look forward to many more instances of shared aliveness in 2026 and beyond
