Christopher Ulmer had a black toothbrush case.

Christopher DeArman was accused of shooting at the police however there is no spark or recoil ever coming from him. The bullet holes shown on patrol car are from a ricocheted bullet, from who? There is no gunshot residue test result in the police report. Shots fired were called minutes prior to the time of shooting.

Kevin Garcia had a BB gun.

*K9 handler Patrick Harvey (#7093) deployed his K9 on Christopher DeArman & shot Christopher Ulmer.

*The SAME DIVISION (Central SD) was involved in Christopher DeArman & Kevin Garcia's cases.

*Christopher DeArman and Christopher Ulmer were both shot and then bit & dragged by a K9. by @_____alfa
