2026 Hero’s Run. For those who sacrificed it all.

Today was for everyone of Flight 93. They never took a vow…but chose to be hero’s anyway.

Rock & Roll Half Marathon with @thegoodworkgang . Hit PR of 1:56. Great progress…but can always “Do Better” 😂 by @____alf____

Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife Linds 💜 ! You are one of a kind.
Your love and support knows no bounds, and wherever you go, the party follows.
I couldn’t imagine a day without you.
Thank you for everything.

🎂Litty Linds turns 33! by @____alf____

17.5miles, 1,500ft elevation, in 3.5 hours.

Originally set for 13.7 miles..a challenge presented itself. It hurt…but i just kept saying “dont f?$&@! quit”
My furthest distance till Saturday was 13.2. My furthest trail was 8 miles… to come out and double that, and PR my Half Marathon. I am nothing but grateful.

Burning River was fun…but no joke 😂

Long and Challenging. With the support and motivation of the Good Work Gang, Lindsey Tilberg and many others…I endured💪🏽

¡Camp 2026! 🏕️🍻🛶
We were missing a lot of our OG’s but the rookies stepped in and stepped up.
Much love and appreciation to all that came, cooked, and shared a laugh.
Wouldn’t trade this tradition for anything ❤️🇵🇷 by @____alf____

From a full Pectoral Tear surgery to a Half Marathon…
2026 has been unexpected. After surgery I was starting to go crazy and had no way to get rid of my angst…an idea brought by @aj_gargano and a push from @wilddreamer23 @hotbarber @thegoodworkgang I found my “itch”

They not only pushed me to new limits but gave me a great community along the way. I NEVER considered myself as a “runner”. Yet here i am completing my first Half Marathon.
Thank you to everyone for the help, the words of encouragement, and the push you gave me to accomplish this challenge. Thank you @degenerate_lizard for everything ❤️

“Im late. I know. Crazy busy year…
10 years. 10 years since I was in the Academy and it happened.
And ironically enough, 10 years later I was lucky enough to graduate an Academy Class…weird how shit works like that…you were always a numbers guy…Well, we got Gallucci’s and Rum”

Yearly visits with Pops became clean up, hang out and updates on my life. For me to process my own shit I guess. Sometimes it’s ugly and other times it’s alright.
Always worth it.
