Persian Kotlet Recipe ✨

Crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside! ❤️

Ingredients:

* 250 g ground beef
* 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
* 1 small onion, grated
* 1 egg
* ½ tsp turmeric
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
* 1–2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
* Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Finely grate the potatoes and onion. Squeeze out the excess moisture.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated potatoes, onion, egg, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. Add breadcrumbs if the mixture is too wet.
4. Take a small portion and shape it into a thin, oval patty.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the kotlets for about 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked (160°F / 71°C inside).
7. Serve with crispy French fries, fresh herbs, tomatoes, pickles, and lemon slices.

✨ Made with love, served with elegance!

🖤 She doesn’t compete. She creates her own lane.

A strong woman doesn’t need to prove her worth. She knows it. ✨

Elegance is her style. Confidence is her power. And peace is her greatest luxury.

She’s not trying to be better than anyone else. She’s simply becoming the best version of herself. 👑

Ladies, what’s one thing you will NEVER compromise on? 👇🖤

Yesterday, I officially became a certified sound healer. 🤍

This journey has taught me to slow down, listen, and trust where my heart is leading me. I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned and excited to share the gift of sound with others. This is just the beginning. ✨🎶

My heart in one picture. My children, their loves, and the beautiful family we’ve created together. Different stories, different paths, but one family, one love, and so many memories I’ll hold close to my heart forever. Moments like this remind me that family truly is everything. by @____ellie.exotics
