the cemwong hike, 6 hours, to plawangan campsite

realizing how i'm enjoying this hike wayyyy too much🌿🌿 🌿even with all the dust, monkeys, slipping, stumbling, collapsing shoes, out of breath moments, trembling knees, and DA HEATTT☀️

it’s strange how just being in nature with all its struggles, somehow heals you❤️‍🩹🕊️

the campsite view, especially, is it a piece of heaven? cantiknya bikin nangis taken in Rinjani Lombok by @___hanaam

Bukit Merese, August 17, 2026

Thanking Allah for letting me meet this version of myself.

She’s growing, finding more courage, finally taking her chances to experience more skies and grounds.

Because we are all born with our own syākilah - our own nature, our own way, our own path. (Qur’an 17:84)

Perhaps life is about having the courage to become who Allah created us to be and the courage to walk the path that is uniquely ours. taken in Bukit Merese, Lombok by @___hanaam

Desa Adat Sade, August 17, 2026

A week ago, I was there.
Last night, it burned.

It’s unsettling to think that a place I had just visited and walked through is now facing something so devastating.

Ruang banyak keluarga tumbuh dan tradisi dijaga. Some places become memories sooner than we ever expect💔

Teruntuk Pak Hamza, tour guide kami, dan seluruh keluarga Desa Adat Sade, may Allah grant you something better in place of what has been lost, and give you strength through this difficult time.

Sending our prayers and love🤍 by @___hanaam

Literally gak bisa berhenti kagum sama view-nya. Walking around di antara pepohonan rimbun gini bener-bener bikin sadar betapa kecilnya kita. No debate, alam semesta ciptaan Allah tuh emang masterpiece paling menenangkan. Alhamdulillah for this peaceful escape by @___hanaam

If you read this, I pray that you’re given the strength..

The strength to be brave in your own path.
The strength to know when to stop and have a rest.

The strength to choose growth over comfort.
The strength to forgive yourself for falling short.

The strength to keep going when things get hard.
The strength to start over if you ever give up.

May Allah grant ease to your heart and peace to your mind.
