Baltimore Basketball has never lacked talent or toughness. It’s lacked the story telling behind the grind.

No highlight reel, no hype, JUST WORK.
The passion. The love of the game. The doors this game can open for you. Where this game can take you.

There’s more to this game besides highlight tapes.
It’s the wins, the losses, the peaks, the valleys, the missed shots, the injuries, the contracts, that flight home, the doubts, the exhaustion.

The breakthroughs
The comebacks
The Grind

The friends & family you gain

The stories.

Basketball saved my life and I’ve seen it do the same for countless others.

I don’t post highlights of my workouts on purpose - The work will always speak for itself.
81 of my athletes can vouch for that.

Seeing a player develop and chase their dreams is one of my favorite things to watch and I promise you nobody will outwork me when it comes to this. I have too much respect for the game and what it’s given me.

Everyone sees the wins.
Very few see the journey.

This is about telling the why behind the work. Not just the wins, but what it costs to earn them.

LEVEL UP 📶‼️

Stay tuned… 2026 🎬

The “Boring Work” = 48% FG
The “Boring Work” = 40% from 3️⃣
The “Boring Work” = Top 10 17U EYBL scorer
The “Boring Work” = CONSISTENCY

Sometimes it really is that simple.

Get in the gym.
Shoot the ball.
Shoot it again.
And again.

The kid loves to shoot and I love that she loves the part most people overlook:

THE BORING WORK.

Because when the work is consistent, the results stop being a surprise

It’s just work‼️

Some kids enjoy the grind, most kids run from it

My Dawgs! 🤞🏼🤘🏼

These girls made me a better coach this summer… and gave us high blood pressure most games😅.
Didn’t finish the way we wanted but we went from independent to Select 40 in our first season. We saw some great things from every single player. Players got offers that’s all that matters!!

Excited to watch this group continued to grow 📶‼️

STACK DAYS & KEEP WORKING GANG‼️

Got ya’ll 4L
