Two best friends with different goals, but the same mission; to become a healthier and stronger versions of themselves💪🏾🩵🩵

It has been amazing to work with Rochelle and Jade!! They joined the Fit With Vic family with no gym experience, feeling confused and not knowing where to begins

Since working with them @___shellz has lost 50lbs and is obsessed with dead lifting🏋🏾‍♀️💅🏽.

@_.jadeb has gained close to 20lbs and is hip thrusting more than half of her body weight!🍑💪🏾.

They are both in school full-time have full-time jobs and are thoroughly involved in their community. Truly, I don’t know how they do it!

Their progress hasn’t been perfect, but something I really do appreciate about them is that they always give their best! Not only have I seen a physical transformation, but I’ve seen a mental one as well that surpasses our time together in the gym!

So if you’re ready to lock in with your best friend and Chase your goals DM “ bestie” and tag them below.

The Fit With Vic family can’t wait to have you❤️.
