I am Fucking Broken and I don’t know what to do without you. I try to avoid “feeling”…
I find myself constantly trying to make sense of this. I know God had to choose this but I selfishly wish he didn’t have to. I wasn’t Ready. Mommy I miss you so much. Im struggling to even write this…I’m Not ok and I don’t think I ever will be. You mean the world to me. The Bond we shared was indescribable, absolutely other worldly. I was the Lucky one to have been birthed by you my love. I miss your smile… I miss your laugh…I miss the way you smell…i miss smothering you with kisses and staring into your eyes like a weirdo praising you on how beautiful you are and you just blushing with that twinkle in your eyes. I have so many questions! How do I live without YOU. You were my voice of reasoning, my teacher, my best friend, my biggest fan,my hype woman, my protector, my Mother. A part of me has gone with you. So no, I’m Not ok.

Some shots from a little while back—had the chance to photograph an amazing Star @___starfabz___ for her birthday. It was raining and super windy out in Long Beach, but we still pulled off some great images in under 30 minutes.

Bam @activelycandid was on lighting, my guy was also handling BTS—full-on multitasking crew.

I didn’t have a reason to get dolled up this day, I just did. Maybe it’s my way of finding my twinkle again. It’s so easy to lose yourself in the fog of people pleasing and that rom-com idea of someone choosing you, loving you so deeply you’d think to yourself… finally!
But here’s the fine print we often overlook…hurt people, hurt people. It’s not your responsibility… because if they wanted to, they would. That’s the bittersweet truth about love, it’s full of lessons. Some beautiful, some painful… but all of them, in their own way, beautiful.
Rebuilding from scratch is scary, but it’s also the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done.

I don’t have it all figured out, but I know God’s hands haven’t left me. Grieving in silence, sitting with buried emotions, and facing my truth hasn’t been easy… but it’s real. Healing happens in those quiet, lonely moments…that’s where your strength is born.

There’s a lot of darkness in the world right now, and we’re all fighting battles no one sees. When it gets too heavy, pray. Really pray. And when God opens a door, have the courage to walk through it. That’s where your new beginning starts. 💫
