Your spirit is flexible; the skin of your essence is meant to shed and regrow. Time leaves you with callouses, unanswered questions, pending half thoughts that fork off and hang suspended in the sky of your mind that only leave you more puzzled. Truth isn’t a delicious meal. It’s chewing on what you have in front of you regardless of how badly it tastes. But when the last bit goes down, you’re satiated and liberated. It’s not to dwell on the aftertaste, but digesting the wisdom that comes after. Chew on it. Keep the rhythm of your jaw, bend your spirit, crack it in places that are too tight, let those parts die, and watch yourself emerge out of all the things you thought were broken and wrong as even more softer, even more stronger of a creature of change and love and art and truth. Stare into the abyss for so long that you lose each other and remember it is all you. And maybe take a nap and drink some water because that shit also works too apparently. taken in Tulum, Quintana Roo by @___t.m.p___

JOY IS A WEAPON! And we love it. Shout out to my homegirl @amamckinley for teaching me this incredible lesson, and my favorite sir of @pinchefood for being another of the many reasons my joy isn’t fading. Stay manic. Stay joyful. There’s nothing more powerful in your possession as a human being than to never left the dark side of life steal your joy. #TheManicPoetAndMateSessions #Joy #WeaponizeYourJoy #FakeComedian #LifeIsGood taken in La Montaña Sagrada by @___t.m.p___

🌸🗡️ 🦀 🌙 ”Perfection is a false god. It fits in a very square box for very specific things, and the human eye only finds comfort in perfection because we love to ignore the imperfection of our selves. To err is for others, but not I. Do not subscribe to the narrative. Lines will be crooked, words will be off, and when you stand in the mirror at the edge of everything, none of it will matter. You will see divinity in the lessons between your mistakes. You will see beauty in the imperfect crookedness of existence. That is where you’ll grow.” - Unknown Just kidding, y’all know who wrote that sh*t. #TMP taken in Omišalj by @___t.m.p___

𝚁𝚎𝚊𝚍 𝙼𝚎 ♡ ↷ 🧚🏼‍♀️🗡️ • TMP Feel it, babe—feel all of it. That’s what we’re made for. It’s why Van Gogh gave his ear to love, why Frida raged against the aristocrats, why the Mona Lisa smiles so softly, why musicians still write silly, aching love songs. You’re not winning by closing your heart off— you’re missing the most vivid, transformative experiences that only human sentience allows. So drip it all over your reality. Bathe in every emotion that floods in, let it sweep you into the undercurrent of your own creativity. These aren’t just feelings. They’re the beautiful fractals through which you see the world— raw, real, and moving. It’s everywhere. And it’s waiting to be witnessed by you. ⸻ #TheManicPoet #VisualPoetry #ParqueMexico #AnalogsOfAnArtist #LoveIsAMovement #graphicart #ChatGPTIsMyTherapist #digitalart #artreels #IMakeShitWhenIAmNotSad taken in Mexico City, Mexico by @___t.m.p___
