EP. 02 — My grandma could outrun me. 👵🏃‍♂️

Went to Dubai Mall.
Bought nothing. Spent all my energy.

Tried Dubai Mallathon — a little sightseeing, a lot of heavy breathing.
4.92 km later… okay, Grandma wins. 🫠

Basically my Korean MZ-style way of saying “F*…”** 😂
Wake up.

Measure 250g of chicken.
Get annoyed because it’s not 250g.
Eat chicken again.
Go to work.
Lift heavy things.
Lose my mind for a second.
Come home.
Collapse.
And tomorrow?
Probably the same thing. 😂

Welcome to Suhail’s Daily — EP.01
Chicken Breast. Again?? 😎😎😎😎

Good Bye KOTRA Dubai !!! 🇦🇪🇰🇷

Good Bye, KOTRA!!! 👋🇰🇷🇦🇪

After BNPP, KOTRA became the first job I earned after starting my new life on my own.

Back in February, I drove from Abu Dhabi to Dubai every single day.
Even when emergency alerts were going off because of the war, I was still rushing down E11 😂😂😂
Crazy days. Good memories.

It was also my first office job and my first experience as a marketer.

I was still learning, but thanks to the amazing people around me, some of the articles I wrote became popular news — and even after I left KOTRA, they were still showing up among the popular posts 🙏🙏
Even Jambaekee shared one of Kim Ant’s articles 😎😎

I was far from perfect, but I was lucky to work with great young boys and amazing colleagues from different countries.

I met so many good people here, made incredible relationships, and learned a lot from everyone.

Thank you for all the memories.

Alhamdulillah 😍😍😍

Now, it’s time for the next chapter.

How’s life in Dubai?

Bright lights.
Late nights.
Job rejections.
Police stations.
And one more rep.

Dubai is not always what it looks like online.

This is not a success story.
Not yet.

It is the story of a Korean building his future in the UAE — one failure, one lesson, and one more rep at a time.

A Korean working, training,
failing and moving forward in Dubai.

No perfect success story.
Just the real process.

New Chapter with KOTRA Dubai. 🇦🇪

I did it! 🎉 Last weekend, I officially became AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-002)!

To achieve this goal, I enrolled in Stéphane Maarek’s Udemy course, studied diligently, reviewed key concepts, and identified my weak areas to improve. 💪

Big thanks to my “teacher” Stéphane Maarek for the structured and insightful lectures — it really helped me stay on track and focused.

Now it’s time to move forward! I’m excited to challenge myself with the next certification. Let’s keep building! 🚀
