Documenting everything at the farms this year! We’re about to absolutely crush this season and I’m beyond pumped up and excited. Today we took out old irrigation, in eager anticipation for @soilscapesolutions coming to revamp and revitalize the life here.💦🥋🪖🤩 We also #amended (10) 5’x100’ garden beds and “tilled” them up with this new tool we got called a #tilther. It disturbs only the top 1 to 2 inches, mixing in a nice layer of fertilizers without affecting the #biology bellow.🪱🔬🦠 My main goals this year with cultivation are to streamline all the processes as efficiently as possible and stay on top of all the prep work so when it’s time to plant we’ve had time to focus on the season ahead.
🧞🧞‍♂️🧞Got my team put together and we’re about to crush almost an acre of #canopy. 🍀🌱🚛🪴You’re going to see us work hard, smart, and most of all learn with each day to be the best we can be. I have a huge vision in mind, and every day it’s coming together. by @__billi_boy

I tend to get so wound up all year that when it finally slows down, and I have all these ideas in my head of what that will be like….it’s nothing like what I expect.
It’s almost like a #withdrawal, but the mental and physical rest is welcomed. I thought I would have so much energy after wrapping up the season, but this year I’m just beat. Tired af, and been feeling slow. I realize that this is the trade off and what I need to be the best I can for the new #2024. There are so many ideas rolling around in my head, and every single one of them #accomplishable.
But now it’s about making a choice of where I want to go, and the people I want around me. So I’ve been being easy on myself, which is surprising, and trying to really let the ideas and thoughts flow, and feel the path open up. Life is such a trade off. Every choice can be drastically opposite of the next , and every choice so impactful on the #future.
In reflection though I’m just so happy with everything. This last year was #awesome. I worked so hard with my people, all of who have made this dream possible. It makes me want to help them unequivocally with their dreams, and I’m going to do just that. Cannabis is amazing. I don’t want to do anything like anyone else, and I’m not going to. Just going to humbly keep doing the #work, and stay shining ☀️ with my people. 🧞🧞‍♀️🧞‍♂️This light will be brighter year after year, and we’re gonna change the world. #Forthebetter by @__billi_boy

Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen. The things I’m noticing are staying near to my heart, because that’s what’s powering me forward ⏩
