Healing doesn’t start when everyone finally understands you. It starts when you choose you.

Tonight’s All About Me session reminded us that growth is an inside job. We talked about creating healthy boundaries, learning who we truly are, loving ourselves enough to protect our peace, and allowing ourselves to process our emotions instead of running from them.

One of the biggest takeaways? Everyone won’t like you—and that’s okay. Their opinions don’t define your value. Sometimes people’s reactions have more to do with their own experiences, insecurities, and unresolved issues than they do with you. Don’t lose yourself trying to win the approval of people who were never assigned to validate your purpose.

Choose to know yourself. Love yourself. Give yourself grace. Heal through what you’ve been through. Set boundaries without guilt. Protect your peace. Keep growing. The relationship you’ll have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life.
