Happy Thursday ☀️ A little story time for you with your coffee ☕️ . I’ve watched women I personally know build BIG things for years. Teams, trips, friendships, confidence, the whole dang life that I always told myself was for “other people.” . And honestly? I think I was just scared. I told myself I was too late. I told myself I couldn’t talk to random people on the internet. I told myself I didn’t know enough. I told myself I wasn’t “that girl.” But here’s the thing… I already talk to random people on the internet every day. 😂 . I already share the things I love. I already hype women up. I already believe in this product because I’m literally using it and watching my skin change. So why NOT me? . Atmosphera is brand new here in the US, but already has a proven track record in Canada, and I don’t want to sit back and watch another opportunity pass me by because I convinced myself I couldn’t. . The community we’re building here is such a breath of fresh air!  . We get together for coffee, plan cute events, and spread the word about this amazing new skin care line that’s effective and the cleanest of the clean when literally EVERYTHING we’re consuming is poison. . If you’ve been craving more… more purpose, more fun, more women cheering you on, or just something that feels exciting again, come talk to me. . Finding opportunities like this at the very beginning don’t come around often and I’m not sitting on the sidelines this time, you shouldn’t either! Just two beach ghosts haunting the shoreline… and stealing the sunset 👻🌅😂 HIGHLY RECOMMEND, blindly frolicking down the beach as Ghosts with your mini 👻👻👻 #ghost #beach #momandson #halloweeen by @__dara.buck__

When you’re ready for a glow you can't deny, a company backed by a purpose, women cheering women on, and connections that actually mean something… COME AND GET IT, Na-Na-Na-Na-Na-Na🎶🎤 🤣✨ Girls Night Out at @zanzibarmooresville was the cutest. So grateful for the laughs, the conversations, and all the women showing up for each other. Need more nights like this? You know I’m your girl 🤍 #girlsnight #skincare #glowing #community #events by @__dara.buck__
After Nationals, I started thinking about how we can build more strength and core control, and help Atlas get more connected to what his body is doing when he moves. So we're adding focused little workouts with light weights and bodyweight exercises - we did this one 3x each - 10 to 15 reps with 3 and 5 Ibs weights. Do I have the perfect plan mapped out? Absolutely not 🤣 (I never do!!) But I'm learning as we go, paying attention to what helps, and hoping this "activation season" brings out an even stronger version of both of us.💪🥋 0h and never forget to DANCE IT OUT between sets👌 by @__dara.buck__
The face I made when I realized that was my LAST pump of Atmosphera Fortify Eye Cream😭🪦 Real time action caught on camera - DRAMATIC?- YESSSS, because the cream has done wonders on my under-eyes and running out feels like a breakup. Restocking ASAP, and it's so easy to do so! If you're ready to see the magic, DM me for 10% off! 💛 by @__dara.buck__
I’m still trying to wrap my head around this weekend. 🥹 I went to Fall Nationals with a goal that felt bigger than me: to BELIEVE I had what it takes to bring home first in forms and first in sparring. My coaches and friends kept believing in me until I could believe in myself enough to get out of my head. I’ll never be able to thank them enough for helping bring my confidence to life again. Every hug, every word of encouragement, every YOU BETTER COMPETE- because I almost didn't, really gave me more confidence than you all know- THANK YOU! And then I did it. First in Traditional Forms, Traditional Weapons, and Traditional Sparring—and third in Combat Sparring. One of the moments that meant the most was seeing all the work finally pay off in a match I’ve been pushing towards since last Fall Nationals & again I’m still in pure shock. Ya'll I’m proud of these medals, but even more proud of the person who stepped onto that mat and trusted herself and believed in herself again. ❤️ I'm forever grateful for this community. #ata #nationals #tkd #belief #community by @__dara.buck__
Happy Monday🤍 . Go find something that sets your soul on fire again! 🔥 it's never too late! . Fun fact a lot of you didn't know- I had actually started martial arts prior to 2020 but gave up on myself- due to all that occurred in that time period iykyk-so here we are again starting over, getting uncomfortable but stronger, putting myself in rooms that force me to grow not only physically but also mentally. And this time, I can promise you I will make it to black belt! 🫶🏻💪🥋 . #blackbeltattitude #blackbeltjourney #tkd #blackbeltjourney by @__dara.buck__

A full day at the farm with our favorite little animals 🎃🐐🌾 The kids ran wild, we soaked up the sunshine, and nobody wanted to leave. But River was passed out 5 mins into the ride home 🙌🏻🤣 #fallthings #farmlife #pumpkinpatch #friends by @__dara.buck__
