2025 threw me for a LOOP 😭 I let go of some things, started fresh and finally felt like life was going just how it was supposed to.

But on Sept 14th, I was hit by a car (presumably a drunk driver) and left alone, lying in the road. By the grace of God, I came out of that accident with only non-life threatening injuries. There is not a second that goes by that I don’t think about how bad it could’ve been. I could have lost my life that night, but God kept me. Life looks a lot different now, but I am so grateful to still be here. I have the best support system in the word and wouldn’t have made it this far without them.

This year really tried to take me out lmao but instead of letting it, I chose to focus on all the many blessings that this year brought. My body is different now, but I’m able to walk again. I have a career that I love that’s waiting for me to come back. Welcomed two of the cutest nephews. I have friends and family that love and care for me. And a gracious God that has never left my side.

So I’m walking into 2026 with a little limp and a full heart and I truly couldn’t ask for more. Life is short. Love on your people and remember to never take anything for granted! 🤍 by @__demdem

If I’m being honest, this has been the hardest two years of my life. Working full-time while completing a rigorous full-time program was exhausting, but God saw me through it. Thank you to my family and friends for holding me down. I’m forever grateful for yall!
