some doubted and
many will only continue to wonder.

Today I graduated from Full Sail University with my Masters in Film Production. Remaining humble in my accomplishments throughout the program, my work will forever speak for itself. My journey has only begun.

‼️ LONG POST ALERT ‼️ It’s no Oscar “yet” but the ugly cry I did before, during and after receiving this award get like I received an Oscar and more.

This past weekend thinking I was traveling to Atlantic City, NJ for a photography opportunity, I received something greater. Not a lot of people know about my past and first love. I was a fighter. I was a Martial Arts fighter thanks to my instructor Master Tyrone Gladden. I hold a second degree black belt in TaeKwonDo. I didn’t talk about it much because everyone’s first impression is always “Show me something”, as if I was some kind of court jester.
I was nominated and inducted as Esteemed Woman Warrior in the Martial Arts Hall of Honors. I truly have no words for this amazing award especially because I wasn’t expecting it at all.

I thank Germon Miller-Bey for nominating and adopting me as her warrior daughter. I thank my parents, family and friends for they’re continued love and support. I can’t thank Hod enough for Mama G, my RICH family and this opportunity to receive this amazing award.
