POSTS STORIES REELS

Last Sunday in Ostuni, Argentina met Puglia around the table.

A dinner born from the meeting of two places: local ingredients from Puglia, recipes and memories from Santa Fe, and the shared language of cooking for others.

From the Adriatic to the Paraná — a menu built around flavours, stories, and everything that travels with us, even when we are far from home.

Concept and menu by Exquisite Corpse, in collaboration with @burro_cafe thanks for trusting us in this journey.

Puglia × Argentina, around one table. 🤍 by @__exquisitecorpse__

Gracias:
@atelierfuerza por las baguettes taylor-made.
@mariana_estellat por las tunes.

Glad to be part of this lovely @harpersbazaares + @caudalie occasion, crafting a dreamy concept, setting and a menu based in Alquimia and the power of transformation.

Filoxenic night for @artsy

For this special occasion at Artsy, we went to the origins of Filoxenia, that can be traced back to the myths and legends of ancient Greece, where gods and mortals alike were bound by the laws of hospitality.

Drawing inspiration from this revered tradition, we embodied the spirit of generous welcome and joyful sharing. Just as Zeus and Hermes were graciously received by Baucis and Philemon in Greek mythology, we created a feast that celebrated the timeless art of generous reception.

Thank you @artsy for letting us be part of this!
