Between February 2023 and February 2026, one thing I constantly thought and prayed about was going back to school and getting my nursing degree.

I knew what I wanted, I just didn’t know when it would happen….So for three years, it was just a dream…something I hoped and prayed for.

And now?…. I’m actually stressed about the very thing I prayed over for three years.

It’s funny how life works because what once felt so far away is now my reality. The deadlines, the assignments, the early mornings, the “what have I gotten myself into?” moments… 😩😂

But honestly, being stressed by something I once prayed so hard for is such a blessing.

God really said, “You asked for it, so here you go.”🥹

And just like that… the first week of my Nursing journey is done 🥹🎓🩺

Three days of learning, new faces, new experiences and a VERY tired brain… somebody please explain why I thought this was a good idea 😭😂

But honestly, a little reminder that I actually didn’t give up. 🤍

In the last couple of months, God has literally carried me in his arms through the valley and shadows, and brought me out unharmed!!!

There’s no way my life would ever be complete without God and I’m so grateful to have a father whose love runs deep….. this year is a complete testament that God is good!!!

So here’s to many more years of doing life with God and making sure that the world knows how much I love him!❤️
