Inside look of some raw reps of the in-season training…! First thing we have after dynamic warmup and extended hip flute hammy quad stretch go right into blocking…you will only get 9-12 targets as WR1 7-10 targets as WR2 5-8 targets at WR3 and WR4 get in where you fit in…that means 55-75 plays you will not have the ball…what you do without the ball shows how much care about teammates and college scout watch GAME FILM and not just Twitter highlights…!

A rep came across my memories right in time for #TBT summer grind in full effect…gotta get the reps on your own to try out the techniques your learning:
•low stance chest not exposed
•hands up
•alignment middle of numbers to bottom of numbers
•no dancing Jab 1-2 release finesse
•hands ready and knock his arm down physical
•squeeze and don’t run so he can recover box him out
