It’s been over two years since I put out a mix, stood behind the decks, or even stepped into a club — and that was a conscious choice. Becoming a father shifted everything. I wanted to be present, spend my mornings with my son before heading out to hustle. It was a trade-off, and one I have absolutely no regrets about. That so-called “time off” gave me space to revisit my vinyl collection — to think about where I bought each record, when I last played it out. I tried to block out the noise of new musical trends and asked myself: What sounds excite me now? Is it still worth buying music, even if I’m not playing out? Over the past year, it’s been my good mate @salahsadeq who kept that spark alive. He kept nudging: “What are you doing with all that music?” “Still spinning in front of your wall at home?” “Time to come out of your shell—put a mix together for the radio show.” And here we are. This mix is for @thecrateradio on @radioflouka It took time — like all good things do. I approached it like I do a warm-up set, my favourite slot. I wanted to set a mood, let the tracks breathe, and just play some records that represent where I am right now, musically. No overthinking. Just a random selection of records I’m loving at the moment. If you’re curious, the link’s in my profile. Big love, and ta for now! by @__jasonpinto__

I was asked by TCR to curate a mix for their radio show. I put together a selection of tracks that I have been listening over the last couple of months whilst the clubs and gig have been on hold. Tune in tonight from 10PM KSA on 101.4FM @studio2saudiaramco⁣⁣ or on @tunein Photography this month "Introspection" by Maricarmen Copca @_keiiii #radioshow #djmixes #chillout #studio2fm #saudiarmaco #mixcloud taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @__jasonpinto__

It has been way too long since I posted a mix online. Last Wednesday, I dug into my collection and pulled out some of my old drum n bass tracks I used to love listening too & decided to drop a DnB set on my @afterlights.music stream on @platinumlistuae. I had a mate asking me to send him a link to download the set, you know what peeps.. playing music is all about sharing and spreading the good vibes. So I have a link in my bio to watch, listen & download my set Enjoy it, turn your speakers way up, and just let loose.
