Im a few days late, but I was fortunate enough to celebrate another birthday in one of my favorite places, with some of my favorite people to cap off another year filled with blessings. Over the last 12 months, my life has changed so much and Ive been blessed with so many things, like new opportunities, new friends, growth, and an amazing wedding. I’ve even had the blessing of having people pulled from my life.

Over the last year, the one thing I’ve tried to do more of is, be in the moment, put my phone down and learn how to “take it all in”.

They say that in the moments before you die, your mind takes you back through the memories that mattered most—the ones that defined your life, the ones that made you feel something real.

I wanted to make sure to thank each one of you for being part of one of those moments for me.

Thank you to my beautiful wife for making this trip happen, to everyone who sent messages, contributed to the birthday video and to everyone who reached out.

Happy birthday to the man who is not only the best husband, but my best friend. My hiking buddy, my safe place, and the wittiest human I know. You are the most hardworking and caring person, and I’m so lucky to walk through life with you. Thank you for loving me as much as you do. Tiddie and I love you so much. 2025!!! What a year, to say the least. 365 days flew by in the blink of an eye and sometimes the only way youre reminded of everything you experienced is through posts like this. I am so grateful to everyone who played a part of an amazing year for me and Lisa. When I look back at some of these moments, it makes me realized just how blessed I am to be where I am and who I have along side me.
