I’m a big advocate on not only creating generational wealth but also having passive income. Being a real estate entrepreneur has been a goal of mine since I was an adolescent and now that it has FINALLY come into fruition it has become a surreal moment. I’m definitely looking forward to see what 2022 has in store for my entrepreneurial career. This investment property will be the first of many!!!

Wifey graduated I can go ahead and retire right now so she can take care of me 😂😂. Everyone gets to see the results but my baby displayed relentless dedication, perseverance and grit to become a nursing graduate. There were times when she thought she couldn’t do it but she PREVAILED- there were teachers saying maybe she should change her major but she PREVAILED. She did a phenomenal job and I’m extremely proud 🖤🖤🖤. Now it’s time to secure the 💼 💼 💼!!! by @__leaf__
