Am I the only one who finds it hard to be completely present? Not wondering about the future or healing my past; Just the PRESENT MOMENT
.
I feel completely aligned with my purpose when I'm sharing my art and performing
.
For a small period of time, I'm completely sure of myself and free of self-judgement. As a black woman, it's easy to never feel seen or heard, but there's one thing I'm sure of; I EARNED this place
.
I worked for this. I shed tears and prayed for my feet to be planted in this moment
.
I am here and you're going to hear me. Be Bold X Be Free & Happy Black History Month
.
✊

My fav part about this creative project is the lighting. I love the colors and variety. We wanted to make our version of Colors or DSCVR until I actually get booked for one! Create your own opportunities until others manifest. BLOOP.
