Back from another amazing trip to the Dominican Republic.

What started as a trip to visit my buddy three years ago turned into an obsession with coming back to the DR as often as possible. I met @nikysweet there on my first time down and we have since been back two more times, and road tripped from one end of the country to the other. But of course there is still more to explore next time!

The F1 weekend was absolutely legendary. The rain mixed things up a lot and made for some pretty soggy days but a very spicy race.

We made some amazing friends while we were there and it was sad to have to say goodbye at the end of the weekend.

The energy from the crowd was incredible. F1 is pretty big in Brazil and that became obvious very early on when we saw the MASSIVE lines to get in.

In the one video you see a white and red car doing laps. That is Lewis Hamilton, a current Mercedes driver, driving Ayrton Senna's car that he was in when he won the Brazilian GP. Senna was born in Sao Paulo and raced from 1984-1994 and was loved by the Brazilian people. He tragically died racing in Italy in 1994. So to see this in person was a very special moment. @nikysweet and I rented two cars during our time in Brazil and road tripped almost 2000 km. From coastal mountain highways, to deserts to turkey trails through forests while we explored new places. taken in Brazil by @__nomis___

How about some Brazil stories? Not sure how these pics will scale with Instagram's weird cropping but let's see how they turn out.

We rented a car and drove six hours from Salvador to Lencois to do some exploring and hiking for a week.

Another wild race weekend with @nikysweet. We made some amazing new friends, explored a new city in a new country, got absolutely DRENCHED with rain and saw the wildest race this year in person.

A long and hot hike to what was supposed to be a tall waterfall. It was a little too dry but was still epic views. Some people we met at the top said we missed the waterfall by just a few days. All in all we did five hikes in this area over the course of a week!

I ended up suffering from pretty bad heat stroke after this one. It's spicy weather around this part of Brazil. taken in Cachoeira da Fumaça by @__nomis___

Q3 qualifying to determine the starting places of the final ten drivers. So they were going as fast as they can possibly go. I think top speed was around 335 km/hr. First and second had the exact same time of a minute and twelve seconds. It was wild!
