This shirt is more than a picture—it’s a reminder of where it all began. My grandparents’ love built this family, and even though my grandpa is no longer here with us, his presence is in every smile, every memory, and every one of us standing together. Love you forever, Welo. 🕊️🤍 Love You Wela 🫶🏾 #cherishyourpeople #LoveLife #WeAllWeGot #EastHarlemLegend #64YearsMarried taken in East Harlem by @__ohhhni

Today my heart overflows in a way words hardly capture. After a season of uncertainty and quiet prayers, this little one has arrived and already fills our home with light. Carrying hope through the shadows taught me patience, deepened my faith in the small miracles and steady grace that surround us, and revealed the fierce, tender love I didn’t know I had inside me.

To my baby: you are our promise of new beginnings, our proof that life can surprise us with joy when we least expect it. Your tiny hands and sleepy sighs have undone years of worry and stitched up places I thought might always ache. I am endlessly grateful for each soft breath, every flutter, and the incredible gift of your presence.

Thank you to everyone who stood by me with gentle words, warm meals, and quiet support your kindness carried me farther than you know. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and caregivers who guided us with skill and compassion. And to my partner/family your love has been my anchor and my celebration.
We welcome this precious soul with open arms and full hearts. We’ll cherish every first and every tomorrow, knowing how fragile and miraculous this moment truly is. Life has taught me to hold hope close and to savor the ordinary wonders today, the ordinary feels extraordinary.
