How can you solve problems you do not understand?
Many young changemakers are faced with the challenge of properly understanding the problems peculiar to their communities.

Our next class at The 234 Change Makers Hub, a training for the 234 Community Impact Challenge (CIC) 5.0 will address this issue.

Our facilitator Oluwabusolami Ayodeji @__oluwabusolami is a strategic leader with ample experience in project management, leadership and governance.
She also serves as the president of JCI Lagos City @jcilagoscity
This session promises to be amazing.

“I go cut my coat oversize this year…”

That line had been in my head for weeks. And it came back to me during my first General Assembly as President of JCI Lagos City.

Truth is, I felt the weight of responsibility more than anything else on that day. Not pressure, just the quiet awareness that more has been entrusted to me, and I need to grow into it.

There is a verse that keeps me grounded in all this:

“Enlarge the place of your tent… do not hold back” (Isaiah 54:2).

It simply means preparing myself better, thinking ahead, putting structure in place, and showing up with more intention.

So I am choosing to learn faster, lead more thoughtfully, and do the work with clarity and purpose. Nothing fancy. Just commitment.

Still figuring it out.
Still building.
But doing it with faith and direction.
