EMILY DE SANTIS | Clinical Psychologist at Self Reflections There’s something quite powerful about understanding why we are the way we are. The experiences that shape us. The patterns we carry. The ways we’ve learnt to protect ourselves, sometimes long after those protections are needed. It’s this deeper understanding of the human experience that sits at the heart of Emily’s work. Meet Emily, one of our Clinical Psychologists here at Self Reflections. Warm, compassionate and thoughtful in her approach, Emily works with children, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties and more complex emotional experiences. With a particular interest in trauma, attachment and long-standing patterns, her work is grounded in trauma-informed and schema-informed care. Drawing on EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT and DBT, Emily thoughtfully integrates different approaches to meet each person where they are. For Emily, therapy isn’t simply about finding ways to cope. It’s about making sense of our experiences, reconnecting with our strengths and creating space for meaningful change. A balance of curiosity and compassion. Of reflection and practical support. Of understanding where we’ve been, while gently exploring where we’d like to go. We’re so pleased to have Emily as part of our team. 🤍 To learn more about Emily and her approach to therapy, you can find her profile through the link in our bio. It’s official: The Evoke Company is now MATHEW SACCO. Honestly, it’s been a long time coming. The work was always personal, every gallery, every edit, every 2am “just one more photo” rabbit hole, so it felt right to put my own name on it. Here’s what’s changing: → New site: mathewsacco.com → New email: hello@mathewsacco.com (update your contacts, the old inbox is on its way out) → New handle: @mathewsaccophotography (same move on Facebook and Pinterest, give the new one a follow so you don’t lose me) → A brand new gallery platform is rolling out for delivering your photos. If this affects you directly, I’ll be reaching out personally with details, no need to do anything yet. What’s NOT changing: the way I shoot, the way I show up for your day, and how much I care about getting it right. Same person. Same passion. New name, new era. Excited doesn’t even cover it, thank you for being part of this. #mathewsacco #theevokecompany #rebrand #weddingphotographer #itsofficial taken in Wollongong, New South Wales by @__orahouse

You don’t always need bright lights when shooting in a cyclorama💡 Sometimes using just ONE studio light and allowing the background to fall a little darker can create so much more depth and dimension in your images! Want to create content like this for your business? Let’s chat!
