The World Best Street Food front and back cover mock up brief for @inkygoodnesscollective @inkygoodness MYM Bootcamp 2025 course #mymbootcamp2025 . This project was based on The World’s Best Street Food guidebook by Lonely Planet. The challenge was to design both the front and back covers, capturing the vibrant, diverse, and adventurous spirit of global street food culture. My concept was to incorporate a playful map filled with streets, people, and flavors, reflecting the lively movement and energy of food around the world.

The Science of Bliss ✨
First prompt for the editorial challenge #intentionallyillustrated from @_maggiestephenson_
Big thanks for organizing this challenge ✨.

I was so inspired by this first prompt that I ended up creating two illustrations.

Both illustrations show a scientist researching how bliss works in the human body. I wanted to show how movement is deeply connected to the science of happiness. Activities like running, biking, or meditation stimulate the release of chemicals that enhance our sense of well-being, such as serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins (as shown in the first illustration).
In the second illustration, the figures are filled with colorful, dynamic shapes representing how these actions generate energy and positivity that flow beyond the physical body. The yellow shapes symbolize how this joyful state radiates outward, influencing not only our inner balance but also our interactions and behavior in everyday life.

For a while, “a museum scene” has been sitting on my illustration checklist. ✨
I’ve been visiting museums with my kids for years, and honestly, some visits have been a huge success… while others have been, well… not so fun for them. 😅
But overall, I love taking them. Museums are such a wonderful way to entertain curious little minds, introduce them to new ideas, and help them notice and appreciate the world around them.
Sometimes they’re fascinated by a painting. Sometimes they want to touch everything. Sometimes they’d rather sit on the floor and draw. 😂

With a lot of inspiration from my house 😅, here’s my version of the World Cup final. ⚽🏆

Ever since the World Cup started, my sons have become completely obsessed with fútbol, so now we have to play a match every single day. I’m terrible at it, but it’s been so much fun. 😂

Today is the final, and it’s hard to decide who to support. At least both teams speak Spanish... and both make amazing empanadas. 🇦🇷🇪🇸🥟

A couple of weeks ago, I saw these kids climbing a cherry tree, happily picking and eating cherries like it was the best day ever 🍒✨.

I’m a huge cherry fan, so I immediately imagined myself up there too, picking cherries and eating them straight from the tree. Obviously…I had to illustrate it 🥹

Then I got a little carried away and started wondering: what would this look like as a shop window concept? Or maybe as a can of cherry juice ready to drink? 😄

I have wanted to illustrate @naomiosaka for a while. She is such an incredible athlete, and I love how she arrives on the court with such amazing looks. It’s so unexpected and refreshing in the world of tennis. 🎾
I’m also inspired by how she proudly embraces her heritage. The white kimono with its beautiful embroidery really stood out to me. It was designed by @_hanayagi
She mentioned being inspired by the movie Kill Bill, where Lucy Liu wore a white kimono that became an iconic symbol. One of my favorite movies too, so I just love that fact. ✨
