The end of an era. Good, Bad, Happy, Sad, Exciting, Boring, Easy, Hard, but most of all, meaningful. Every memory I've made at this school, from the first day of 8th grade me crying on the way to school because of the uniform, to the last day screaming with my fellow seniors in Mr. Finlay's class at the last bell. Every memory has a bit of history in them, history that shapes you into the person you are today. And this is no exception. Being at True North has shaped me not only into a better student, but a better person. A better friend, a better classmate, a better teammate. To say that my experience here was easy would be a complete lie, but I'm glad to say it wasn't. Going through hardship and tough times allowed me to have the opportunity to learn, and for that I am forever grateful. I was only close with a couple people in my 8th grade class, but as I walked the stage representing purple as a True North student one last time, I looked into the crowd and only saw friends, family, and people I could truly cherish every moment with. I've come a long way from where I started. As you go on in life, the power to love becomes your greatest ally, whether it being during a high or low point in your life. The power to love allows you to live life to the fullest. And that became the very thing I learned and realized at the very end of my time in highschool. Life gave me hardship so that I could learn to love. There are many many people I couldn't have a picture with in this post, but that doesn't mean I don't love any of them just as much as the ones who are pictured. And every single person who I've met, whether it was only for a couple of seconds, or people I've known since I was born. Thank you, for shaping me into the person I am today. I love every single one of you, and I couldn't be more grateful for making me, well, me. I love myself and that wouldn't have been possible without all of you. And for my final piece of advice, I leave you with a quote. "Love to live, live to love." Love whatever comes your way in life, its what makes you unique. Always proud to be a Titan, Ryan Miller, The Asian Sensation, #2, signing out. Much love โค๏ธ taken in True North Classical Academy by @__ryanmiller__

What a short but amazing ride it has been. From my very first open gym with the True North guys, to my first district championship, to my first club season during the summer with 17 Brandon, to breaking my ankle, to coming back strong and playing with 18 National Taylor, to coming back to school to take home another district championship. Even though this isn't the ending we wanted, I can confidently say no matter the outcome, I have loved every single moment of playing this sport, and will never regret anything. No matter how hard times got, or how stressful it became, everyday I fell more in love with the sport. This sport taught me dedication, passion, determination, and discipline. This sport gave me a brotherhood I can forever cherish. This sport gave me so much love, and the chance to give back that love. This sport saved my life. No matter where I end up in life, I will always be proud to be a Titan. Proud to be a part of the True North Boys Volleyball program. Proud of how far we got, how hard we worked, the moments we made together. And for all my younger teammates who still have a long way to go before you become seniors. I hope one day I get to see how far you've all come and say that you guys became the stars of True North, better than any of our seniors right now. Thank you volleyball, for everything you've done for me. Maybe I'll play at FIU club, but for now, this is the end. Always #2, the Asian Sensation, signing out. It's been amazing. Go Titans. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’œ by @__ryanmiller__
