What we read last week 📖✨️

Another week, another post from us. We're having the best time doing this together. But be prepared for the next few weeks to be pretty chaotic from us regarding these posts. We're taking on a pretty wild challenge of 31 books in 31 days for October and we're very excited about it 🤭

💭are you trying to finish off any books before the month ends? ✨️

Another day spent with besties far too far away from each other! This time we’re showing you a little peep into a work from home day for Jade, and sadly a bit of a sick day for Steph ☹️

With these posts along side our weekly reading wrap ups, hopefully those page numbers are making sense!

Send all the get well wishes Steph’s way! 🥰

How much do you typically read during a work day? 📚

Happy Sunday...again ✨️

I feel like last Sunday was 5 minutes ago. I have no clue where time is going. I did a little shelf shuffle this week and I'm absolutely obsessed with this section of my shelves. Its so colourful and pretty 😍

💭do you have a favourite shelf or section on your book shelves? ✨️

What we read last week 📖✨️

Still here, still supporting each other and still reading. No matter how much it is. We started this to hold each other accountable and to encourage each other to read at least 1 page a day. But it also helps to share with y'all and show that whether you read 700 pages a day or 9 pages a day, it doesn't matter. So long as you're reading. And if you're not, that's also okay. Don't beat yourself up about it, it'll come back to you 🖤

Also wanted to shed some light on the reality for both of us for anyone new here or seeing this post for the first time wondering how two book besties can have such massive page difference day to day.

Steph works full time as a content creator (and part time for the family business 2 days a week) and therefore can read full time.
Jade has a 9-5 Monday to Friday and therefore does most of her reading on the weekend.
So just in case you were wondering, hopefully that clears some things up 🤭

💭what are you reading this week?✨️

Come to the Rachel Gillig event with me at @ohmeohmy_liv hosted by @waterstonesliverpool ✨️

Thank you to my love @lawrenslibrary for being my event buddy. Looking forward to our next one next week 🖤

Rachel having a yap with Soraya Bouazzaoui. Very interesting chat and makes me excited to reread The Knight and the Month and then read The Knave and the Moon. Also excited for what's to come next from Rachel. 🤭

Getting my @fairyloot edition of The Knight and the Moth signed as well as One Dark Window 📖✨️

The signatures in question 🖤

My Rachel Gillig collection featuring my Bartholomew that stopped working the minute I pressed the button 😅🖤

Part of my collection on the shelves ✨️

Close up 🖤

How beautiful is this building at night, and look at that sunset over the docks. Liverpool truly is a beautiful city 😍🖤 taken in OH ME OH MY by @__stephloves

How important is your desk chair to you? 👀

I'm absolutely obsessed with my new @musso_fr @musso_deutschland E80 Muse FemmePosture Ergonomic Office Chair. I spent a lot of time sat at my desk and this gift from Musso has truly changed the game for me with both comfort and my posture 🦐

If you'd like to check Musso out you can use the link in my bio and use my code STEPHLOVES to get $25 off at checkout. ✨️

Shelfie Sunday ✨️

I saw someone complaining on here the other day that they're bored of seeing shelfies. Could never be me! How could anyone be bored of seeing a view like this?! 🍂

Also, that pumpkin disco ball has been one of the best purchases of my life. My serotonin levels go from 0 to 100 any time the sun shines 🎃🪩

💭tell me about your Sunday, what you up to? ✨️

PS: don't ask me who they were, I was there long enough to see the complaint and got the hell out of dodge 🤭
