Sunday’s sunny Pimpama Rollout again had skaters from as far as Brisbane and Lismore! There were rollerdancers Holly "LollySkater", Dion, Tayla "SkaterTayla", and other jamming; park skaters Josh, Emma, Ben and Chase were grinding the rail they set-up and high-jumping the limbo!...Others were skating laps around the courts; there was slalom skating around cones; and as usual kids games! This reel combines video from last Sunday and a previous Pimpama Rollout.

A social skate meet up for Rollerskate and Inline skaters on the Gold Coast! It’s an all ages social meet up during open community time.

Totally casual, enjoy your time, find your feet. It doesn’t matter if you are just dabbling a little with the slopes or going hard. Stop by and say hi 👋

Our aim is to bring the bladers and rollerskaters together for park social skating but all wheels are welcome.

We will be there 10-1pm Sunday. Bring your friends, bring your kids. Bring your water and snacks. All ages and skill levels welcome. Come and go as you need.

It's going to be a sunny rollout at Mudgeeraba this Sunday 4th Oct 😎☀️

This video from a previous Mudgeeraba Rollout had all wheels, from Kimmy, Khayla, Holly and other rollerdancers practicing choreo; to Josh, Emma, Ben and other park skaters grinding a rail they set up, to other people skating laps or slalom skating, to kids games like roller limbo and the ever popular humans vs doggos race.

Which colour is the best one? Probably the green. We are gonna buy some more.

Here’s Jasmine on her Light Candi snap on hub caps. Super bright LED lights for her wheels.

Check out @light_candi . They ship worldwide.

Persistent rain and even cancelling the event wasn’t enough to keep us away. The lesson went ahead anyway.

Wobbly Wheels had landed. We raised our eyes upward, the skies parted and we chased away the rain. Then we got out there. We fell down and we got back up again.

Congrats Quinn for being the lucky winner for our registration draw. Your free lesson was sponsored (with thanks) by @thewarriortwo47

Our friends from Wobbly Wheels travelled down just so we could borrow them for this special occasion, so if and when it happens again try not to miss it. Make sure you follow @wobblywheels.lessons to find out more about who they are and where they teach.

Skating with the people at Gold Coast Rollout has been a great way to meet new people and find new places to skate. Be sure to follow @goldcoastrollout and @julio.espin.digon to find out where to meet next.

We hope to see you all next time.

Sunday 13.9.26 was Haven Roller Disco Night at Haven Gallery Byron Bay. Haven Gallery hosts special skate nights inside their light art gallery, several times per year. It’s a great way to have fun in a very special venue.

There certainly aren’t many venues of this kind. The gallery hosts these special nights with two separate sessions, so you can choose to have a special afternoon with your family or dance to the DJ, with the skilled adult only skaters in the evening.

The next Haven Roller Disco will be on Sunday 25th October 👻. If you haven’t been yet make sure you don’t miss the next one.

Follow @haven.gal.byron to stay up to date. You can also find out more about their general sessions.

It’s been great skating with the friendly people from Coast Rollout. Make sure you also follow @julio.espin.digon and @goldcoastrollout to find out where to meet next.
