A year ago I had barely started to Thrive I ordered Elite and started feeling better I didn’t start seeing physical changes until the second or third month.

Yes like some people I almost gave up. I kept going and realized this is not a magic pill. Changes don’t happen overnight. You have to remain consistent!! Now a year later I feel great. I see changes in my skin obviously in my weight I don’t feel swollen or bloated.

Okay, real talk for a second…

You’ve probably heard me speak on certain weight loss trends before, and my stance has always been about doing things the right way—supporting your body, not shocking it.

That hasn’t changed.

But what is changing? The conversation around peptides and how they can actually support the body when they’re done the right way, with quality and intention.
