🌱☘️🍀 Creator Mag Issue 07 - TOUCH GRASS - starring @maya_higa and the incredible work of @alveussanctuary

An issue about the internet, connecting with the real world, taking breathers, and caring about the ground beneath our feet and the creatures that inhabit it. It’s our biggest issue yet—so big that our magazine now has a literal spine! (It’s a binding thing).

Thank you to all of our contributors who filled our pages with thoughtful, delightful work. It was our second call for writing, but with many firsts. Our first adapted video essay, maze, interview conducted by a contributor, mixed media collage, AR experience—thank you for so many milestones 💌 (writing by✍️) @wildgeesepod @datkeed @juddkarn @kachow_kreations @kokikin_cbw @tatnscott Emilio Malagon, Emma Schicker, Sarah Boden, and Sangmi Yoo / and special thanks to @momomeow and @zackevans for creative directing their fantastic shoot with @macksfilms

thank you thank you thank you @tomboy.seattle for letting me (and @cindyrelllaa) document such an incredible night!!! the food, the vibe, and watching an incredible team work with such precision and passion… it was a night like no other (tomboy’s first anniversary, no less). 💌 one of the best meals of my life thus far, and I know the menus will only be better and better!

📍🚥 “WHERE DID YOU GO?” 🛣️⚠️ Creator Mag’s sixth issue featuring @darendarendaren @ava_gordy @kabughazaleh and more. We asked people where do you go — after leaving NYC, after a career as a political journalist, for the best Italian beef, through your Internet rabbit holes?

And, for the first time — I haven’t stopped talking about it — reader submissions. This is Creator Mag’s biggest issue yet, and I can’t thank you all for adding so much more depth to our world. Forever obsessed with (almost) everyone’s handwriting we got to include in the corners.
