I have been spending more time creating and editing video content lately, and this wedding edit was one of the projects I worked on.

I took the couple’s pre-wedding pictures and turned them into a short visual story.

This project reminded me why I enjoy video editing. There is something about taking simple pictures and giving them structure, rhythm and emotion.

I had so much fun putting this together.

So, about last weekend. 🥺❤️

I decided to surprise my friend who was getting married.

I had missed her traditional wedding, which was a week before, and I just knew that I had to be there for the white wedding.

So, I travelled from Abuja to Awka for this wedding.

And the most beautiful part of it all was that all my friends were going to be there too.

None of them knew I was coming.

So, I got to surprise everybody.

And honestly, seeing the reactions on their faces made the whole thing worth it.

It was such a beautiful weekend, and I am really glad I got to watch my friend marry the love of her life. 🥺

Of course, I had to document it too. 😂

I worked on a few videos from the wedding weekend, and I can't wait to share them with you. 🤭

It’s been 3 weeks. Yup, 3 weeks of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and just…not in the mood to show up here. But today, I’m breaking the silence.

Sometimes, life gets heavy. It happens to all of us. And honestly? I’ve learned that it’s okay to take a step back. What matters is getting back up, even if it’s not perfect.
