Some souls are just meant to connect.

When we started posing together last November, I knew how much potential you had, but watching you relentlessly pour your heart and soul into every single part of this journey has been something so special to witness.

Being your posing coach has been one of the biggest privileges and I genuinely couldn’t be a prouder coach if I tried. BUT being your best friend and getting to stand beside you through it all… That makes me even prouder🥹

When I first started bodybuilding a few years ago, I always felt like there was a little piece missing. I had found this passion that meant so much to me, but I never knew how much more special it could become until you came along and found that same love for it.

@amiepaige_harris thank you for filling a part of my soul I didn’t even know was missing. Thank you for sharing this passion with me, for the 5.30am FaceTimes, the laughs, the tears, the stairmaster dates at the gym, the steps with a black coffee, trusting me to do your tan and everything else in between. I’ll never take for granted that I get to experience this world with my best friend by my side.

This is so much bigger than posing, and so much bigger than bodybuilding. It’s about finding someone who just gets it, who understands the passion, the sacrifices and the love behind it all.

tb to the photoshoot I didn’t feel ‘ready’ for…

my last 2 shoots last year with @motionmedia_ I was a week or two out from a show… so stepping in front of the camera at a body fat percentage I didn’t fully feel comfortable with this summer was hugeeee for me.

I was only a couple of months into my pull back and I ended up coming away from the shoot feeling more confident in my body than I ever have before (and that was before I had even seen the photos)

My message to you with this post is… even if you don’t feel ready DO IT ANYWAY.

We aren’t ever going to feel 100% ‘ready’ but the only regret you’ll have is not trying. Get out of your comfort zone, because you might surprise yourself🫶🏼
