KERALA’S GRAPPLING PRIDE🔥

Abraham came to wrestle, took over the mats, and stole the show with his relentless wrestling and explosive takedowns. 🤼🏽‍♂️💥

Representing Olympians Combat Team, he battled his way to BRONZE at ADCC India 2026.🥉🇮🇳

Not every battle goes as planned but every battle leaves you stronger.
Grateful for the lessons proud of the journey and hungry for what’s next 🥋❤️‍🔥

ADCC India Open 2026 🇮🇳 by @_abra_ham_wrestler_

Competing at ADCC India 2026. Pain in the mat. A match still ahead.

We assessed. We worked. He went back out harder.

@_abra_ham_wrestler_ won a medal. And we are so proud of him.

This is what Sports Physiotherapy is actually for not just the recovery after, but the performance during. Keeping an athlete in the field, on the mat, in the competition, when it matters the most.

The body can do more than it thinks it can. Sometimes it just needs the right support at the right moment.

Not every fight ends with a win.
But if you leave the mat with respect, you never truly lost. 🥋❤️‍🔥 by @_abra_ham_wrestler_

ADCC Indonesia 2026 🇮🇩 more than a competition,
it became a memory we’ll carry forever.

From sharing laughs and meals, exploring the local streets, meeting amazing people, and soaking in the culture… to stepping onto the mats together and giving everything we had. 👨🏻‍🫯‍👨🏽🔥

There were battles, big moments, high-flying moves, wins, losses, and everything in between, but the best part was experiencing it all together as one team & family❤️

We came to compete. We left with a story.
One team. One family. One journey. 🥋🔥
