This week was my last as the Assistant Dean of Students for Student Life at Jax State. I am so grateful for the students in SGA that I have had the opportunity to lead, and the support from the Dean of Students Office team. The people make the place, and what incredible teams I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of over the last few years.

Monday was our first SGA meetings of the semester, and my last, and the Student Senate passed a resolution for me. What a heartfelt way to say goodbye ❤️ Thank you to @skyswann_eic , our current Senate Parliamentarian, for authoring it, and to the current exec officers for sponsoring. This meant more than you know!

Excited to announce that I have accepted a position at our University Recreation and Fitness Center with Centers at Jax State as the Associate Director of Programs and Engagement! Grateful to continue my professional career on this campus that I love! by @_acbeatty_

Yesterday, we said goodbye to the best dog ever. If you met Champ, you knew he was the friendliest and laziest Weimaraner there ever was. He wanted to spend one last Christmas with all of us at home to love on him. What a great 14 years we had with him filled with naps, back scratches, treats, a few attempts at walks, and a few less cats and birds. We love you, Champion ❤️‍🩹 by @_acbeatty_
