Last week, teens and adults from all over South Florida, came together to raise awareness for mental health at our ‘Mindfulness Monday’ book release event.

We had a mindfulness panel, some book readings, and some fun giveaways!

Thank you to everyone who came out on a Monday night to support ‘Stress Less’ and the @udonishaslemfoundation !!!

An extra thank you to all my friends and family for coming. You guys made an already great time that much more special.

It was such an awesome night and I couldn’t be happier to have been a part of it. taken in Red Rooster Overtown by @_adamavin

Soooo… I’m super excited to officially announce that my book ‘Stress Less: Mindfulness for Teens’ is coming out on September 26th! Available for Pre-Order NOW (link in bio)!

I want to send a huge thank you to an idol of mine, Udonis Haslem, for writing the foreword of the book, and to Team UD and the @udonishaslemfoundation for being a part of this journey!

Thank you to my family and friends for their unwavering support over the years, and to @triggerhub_ for helping make this book happen!

I’ve been a Mental Health Awareness and Education advocate for a long time, and from the start it’s always been about helping people, so I hope this book continues to do just that! I sincerely hope you take something away from it, and enjoy it! by @_adamavin

Spending absurd hours everyday for a year with these awesome people was a surreal experience.

These producers have worked tirelessly to create the best college sports television in the country. Thanks for letting me be apart of it.
