POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Didn’t place at my last show — since everyone keeps asking 😅

This season I competed in two shows, three weeks apart, and 2025 was my first time ever stepping on stage. Honestly, it taught me a lot.

I learned:
• what real conditioning actually looks like
• how different posing feels under stage lights
• that peak week is an ART, not just discipline
• where my strengths are — and where the work still lives

Competing showed me that wanting it isn’t enough — understanding the standard is everything. Now I want it as bad as I wanna breathe!!

No trophy this time, but I’m more locked in than ever.
Grateful for the process, trusting God with the timing.

Huge thank you to my coach @strongfitness74 for the guidance, the honesty, and believing in me!

Season finished.

DEBUT SHOW — AND WE DID THAT. 🏆✨

🥇 1st Place – Novice
🥈 2nd Place – Overall

Stepping on that stage felt like alignment in motion. Calm. Confident. Present. Proof that when you trust the process and move with purpose, what’s meant for you will never miss you.

This wasn’t just a competition — it was growth, discipline, and belief in real time.

And we not done yet.
We’re locking back in and running it back again in 3 weeks 💪🏽💪🏽 A strong close. Brick 🧱 by brick 🧱.

Grateful for the team that made this possible:
💪🏽 Training Coach: @strongfitness74
🎭 Posing Coach: @the_tinajohnson & @coach_tinap 💁🏽‍♀️ Hair: @xodominatrix
💄 Makeup: @malikimua
👙 Bikini: @vandellacostumes
👠 Heels: @theshoefairy_

And to my family & friends — thank you for the love, every prayer, the PATIENCE (Lord knows I was snappy), and unwavering support through every stage of this journey. I felt it all.

This stage changed me.
This year strengthened me.

‼️ LONG POST‼️. Day One or One Day — You Decide.

6 years ago today, I took on my very first fitness challenge. Truth is… I never finished it. I wasn’t consistent, I didn’t have the discipline, and I definitely didn’t understand my why.

Fast forward to now — just a few days ago, I started another challenge. The difference this time? I know exactly who I’m becoming. 💪🏽

This didn’t happen overnight. It took years of starting over, failing, learning, showing up again, and fighting for this lifestyle until it finally clicked. Discipline became the bridge between who I was and who I’m becoming.

If you’re on your journey right now — don’t quit. It’s not supposed to be perfect. Just keep showing up. Your “one day” becomes “day one” the moment you decide to stop waiting for the perfect time and start creating it.

This lifestyle didn’t happen to me… I built it.
And you can too. 🖤
