Speaking on the lack of representation not only of plus size men in fashion, menswear, runways and high fashion campaigns, but feminine expressing plus males that exude and express there feminine sides through self expression and fashion and there identifies, an audience that are completely shun or ignored in the representation in all aspects and areas of the industry and how we are sprinkled here and there a lot of the times as check marks and not for regular representation.

Also the lack of overall plus male representation in high fashion as a whole and how we are not given the same chances and opportunities as the plus woman have been getting in high fashion when plus male models exist and can do it all too and more than capable enough.

First ever @vogue piece, I haven’t been this happy in a while for something like this. If you would have told me I’d be in anything involving @vogue even recently I’d tell you in my dreams, because this journey has been treacherous and a long exhausting climb. The fact that a visibly plus size fat model is in a Vogue piece speaking and advocating for change in an industry that still overlooks us or do not take us serious simply becaue of our size. This goes to show we exist, we are capable and worthy in being that representation in fashion and in many spaces in the industry.

We are here, our voices are global and what we do with our platforms and voices has global impact, impact is the goal and change will be the outcome.

Thank you @sl.vno for having me and allowing not only me but other plus size talents share there voices for this piece. So grateful.
