I feel very fulfilled.

On the second day of August, I had an interesting conversation with a friend. He said, to him, I live a fulfilled life.
I was so quick to object: I don’t have money, I don’t have cars, I don’t own a house and I’m not that happy…
So he explained. For a lot of people, working hard and acquiring assets is so that they can retire one day, enjoy their wealth and do the things they love. He added that doing the things you love is for him, the greatest accomplishment in life. And he sees me doing that.

I might not have left the meeting convinced that I am accomplished or that I live a fulfilled life. But I certainly left there more appreciative of the life I have right now and I do not take it for granted this opportunity to be The Creativist.

Fulfilment is not one long continuous feeling. Matter of fact, once I notice that I feel very fulfilled every day of my life for an extended period of time, it would be my cue that my work here on earth is done. Fulfilment is linked to happiness and happiness is based on happenings.
Being fulfilled in the things you love is more than enough. Choose happiness. by @_ahunya
