❗️Olympia 2025 (Powerlifting Debut)❗️ Meet Recap BW - 78.8kg (174.5lb) D: (3/3)- 235kg/518lb 🚨33lb ATPR🚨 Slide 5 S: (3/3)- 197.5kg/435lb 🚨10lb ATPR🚨Slide 8 B: (2/3) - 110kg/243lbs Slide 11 DOTS - 377.09 🥉Men’s Raw Open 82.5kg🥉 Originally when I set out on this powerlifting prep it was to have a new experience and become a better coach… but that quickly changed. This rapidly became much more than a powerlifting meet, this became a opportunity for me to not only push myself but also learn, grow, and expand as a person and not just a powerlifter. During this 6-7 month prep I added 218lbs to my total but more importantly I learned more than I ever expected… including what the true definition of power is. (See last slide) None of this would be possible without @oni._.lifts , @antstillhungry , and the rest of the @backalleybarbell ll squad! Can’t wait to see more of what they got cooking up! 👀 Other shoutouts to the OPC fam, my family, PWB team, and all my other loved ones who showed up and sent good energy to me out there! BUT super special shoutout to @wydbass for switching our normal roles and handling me for this meet! Absolutely blessed to have the best support system in the world. Now I hope you all continue to push yourself in similar and new ways and understand that this life is truly what you make of it! Everything we do is bigger than us…our energy cures, motivated, and effects other! Keep that energy up and keep moving forward 🫶🏼💪🏼 by @_alekzander_
One more post for everyone who made this possible… . . . Throughout this program there has been countless amounts of laughs, smiles, and of course joy, but with that came lots of late nights, stressful moments, and difficult challenges. With that being said, I owe all the glory to those around me for not only boosting me up when I was low, but also providing me the constant feeling of support and love to face all these challenges to the best of my ability! Forever thankful for everyone around me during this journey. Lots of love to all of you! I couldn’t have done it without y’all 🫶🏼 First photo taken by the goat @yungxsapes by @_alekzander_

Spartan was a new challenge but… ✅ New challenges bring the beautiful opportunity to grow if we allow our minds and souls to find the lessons within them. With this being said I want to reflect on some of my biggest lessons of the year so far! 1. Connection is the most valuable currency. - In a society that constantly teaches us to focus on being “successful”, I think we forget that connection is forever more valuable than what we often consider to make us “successful”. While we worry so much about the things that don’t truly matter in the end, we miss out on so many great moments we could have if we only had prioritized the connections to not only the people around us but also to our genuine self. 2. Our own mind limits us more than our actual skills or knowledge ever could. - I have realized recently how unfortunate it is that we do not allow ourselves to shine at our greatest potential because of our own lack of confidence or fear of how we may be perceived. There is so much untapped potential within all of us that is being sealed off, not by our skills or knowledge but instead by our own mind. I hope everyone finds the courage to be their authentic self as it is easily the best version of each of us :,) 3. Slow down and be present - We are often so focused on getting to the next thing and making sure we get “everything” done. Unfortunately this means we don’t get to realize majority of the wonderful little moments/things right in front of us. There is soooo much joy, fulfillment, and happiness in the present moment (that we are deserving of), we just have to allow ourselves to slow down and enjoy it. Sending you all good energy 🫶🏼 by @_alekzander_
