There are no words.
Thankful for my father for taking me to every game he could growing up. So proud to share this moment with you.
Thankful to create a jersey that pays homage to a community and culture I care so deeply about.
Thankful for the @fwkomets and @caresource for giving me this opportunity.
Thankful for my friends who believe in me, and showed up to support me.
Thankful for my haters, I bet today really sucks for you!
Keep chasing your dreams, because they do come true.

This healed something in me, and was one of the best days of my life. I’ve been hanging out in those stands for over half of my life. Seeing them from the rink was crazy. I love this hockey team.

My dad may never see me walk down the aisle, but he got to see his last name on a Komets jersey which may be infinitely cooler.
