I was in a chemist today, and I stumbled across the walking sticks and few older woman.

What if they thought “look at this young lady, fully able to walk, run, dance…”

How lucky am I?

To walk without constant pain

To move, to dance

To have the strength to carry heavy bags

Truly, it’s in the simplest yet LARGEST abilities

What’re you grateful for? I want to know 🫶🏽🦋 inspire me

I bet they would be proud of you… for staying strong

For pushing through no matter what life had thrown at you

After all— everything you do is because of them 🦋🍃

Meditation = calm. But not in the way you think.

1) observe your body = awareness

2) avoid attaching an emotion/reason = trauma detachment

3) when nothing from the internal world can affect you = nothing from the external world can

4) imagine self awareness; the ability to see from a Birds Eye view lens. To observe a situation, and not react. = calm.

There’s something truly magical about surrounding yourself with people who are driven to achieve more, grow and become better, both personally and professionally

Attending the @mwconference was an experience unlike anything I’ve encountered before. From breathwork that helped us release stagnant energy to powerful, thought provoking and inspiring conversations, I walked away feeling motivated to
BE BETTER in everything I do and everything we’re building at @levelup_loungepodcast 🙌🏽

Thank you, @_alexaevans, for having us and creating such an unforgettable experience. 🤍 taken in Sydney, Australia by @_alexaevans

The Magnetic Woman Conference ✨🤍🍃🦋

Thank you to everyone who believed in our vision and helped bring it to life.

We wanted to bring together high-calibre women with a love for soul, spirituality and business. We couldn’t have asked for a better room. Every woman there brought something special and, together, represented so much of what Magnetic Woman means to us.

We’re still in awe, letting it all sink in. As a team, we couldn’t be more grateful.

To every woman who attended, our incredible speakers, our sponsors and everyone who worked behind the scenes—thank you. Your presence, energy and belief made this possible.

To us, a magnetic woman is a woman who knows herself. A woman who strives for peace within, while holding an undeniable hunger for growth and contribution.

What does a magnetic woman mean to you?

This is only the beginning. Our vision is to keep bringing together impactful, beautiful, powerful women—to inspire one another, create meaningful connections and share the love.

Watch this space. There is so much more to come.

With gratitude,
