To know me is to love me ♥️

The woman I am today couldn’t stand a chance with the woman i was 5 years ago. To think I use to be insecure about my height and my weight and as I’ve grown older I have learned to embrace and love the skin I walk in. Growth is such a beautiful thing for the mind, body and spirit. I am beyond blessed and baby I am really HER.

Natural Bodies are still winning. I could care less what society has categorized as the new norm, them natty girls are where it’s at. Keep showing up mamas and keep putting in that work. 2 babies later and I will never cut myself short when it comes to this gym shit. ♥️🙂‍↔️

PS: I guarantee at least 1 person tries to tell me I’m AI from this post 🤣🤣🤣🤣 taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @_alexandraanicole_

Do what you love and do it for you! Don’t dwell too heavily of the things that are out of your control. Keep showing up even in situations that feel unbearable! Always remain true to who you are and how you view yourself! Take lightly of the judgment from others and continue to love yourself through the judgments. You always know your intentions! You are enough. You are strong. You are valuable and you are worthy 🫶🏼

My go to supplements since my gall bladder removal. It’s so important to make sure you’re keeping your body in check beyond the physical.

2 weeks post Gall Bladder removal. Slow and Steady.

Main take away from this entire thing is just listen to your body. Starting back with just 20-30 min walks and minimal body weight/resistant band training.

This recovery has been more mental than physical, but I always say I am my biggest critic. Make sure to address your thoughts and work through the controllable. This procedure was beyond my control. taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @_alexandraanicole_
