Massive shout out to my online client Amy @amyelliot_16 for this incredible transformation. The work and consistency she has shown over the last 20weeks has been outstanding. So proud of what she’s achieved 🙌🏽.
Amy came to me in mid February. Busy mum, full time job, absolutely no extra time for herself and no experience with proper structure around her training or nutrition.
She didn’t need an other random plan. She needed a plan that actually fitted her life and one she can sustain.

The results:
Waist: 36 inches → 28 inches
Weight: 69.5kg → 62kg

Here’s what we did:
✅A training plan built specifically for her schedule - no wasted sessions, no guesswork.
✅A meal plan built around her life as a busy mum - realistic, sustainable, nothing extreme.
✅Weekly check ins to keep her accountable and adjust when life got in the way.
✅Daily support whenever she needed it.
No fad diet. No extra hours in the gym. Just a proper structure built around her busy life and the commitment to follow it.

This is what happens when you stop guessing randomly and start doing things properly.

If you’re a busy parent juggling work and family and putting yourself last - this is your sign. 🫵🏼

So Gav had been trained by around 4/5 PTs before me and very little changes had been made..
Going back to our first consultation I understood straight away that the changes needed to be done in the mindset first.
Hasn’t been easy, there’s been a lot of sweat and tears and hard work involved.
9-5 job and not the perfect scenario to start with which made us adjust and adapt different types of training and nutrition approach in order to achieve what he has achieved, and what a final result!! Definitely has been a very inspiring and humbling experience for me to work with Gav reaching his fitness goal.
Well done you deserve all of it mate💪🏼

Client transformation - Aiken 🔥

Not overnight. Not a quick fix.

When @francis_aikengram first came to me, he was doing loads of cardio, spinning his wheels and stuck at a plateau.
Working hard… but not moving forward.

That’s when he decided to seek guidance.

We switched the focus.
👉Strength & Conditioning
👉Building muscle first
👉Structured meal plan based on protein
👉Learning how to train with purpose

For a long time, the goal wasn’t fat loss only -it was laying the foundations.

And then about 5 months ago, something changed.

He flipped the switch.
Shook my hand in a gentlemen agreement and said:
“I’m ready.”

That’s when we dialled things in, pushed with intent, and dropped body fat without losing the muscle we spent years building.

The result speaks for itself. Huge amount of body fat dropped and muscle mass up. Perfect scenario!
Aiken is now not only changed his body, but his lifestyle and mindset is completely now transformed as well.. The discipline and self confidence is gained will always be there to stay now.

This is what happens when:
✔️ You stop guessing
✔️ You commit long-term
✔️ You trust the process

Proud of you, mate.
And this is only the beginning 👊🏽

Day of a personal trainer: 90% coffee, 10% telling people “one more rep” 😮‍💨☕
Yes, I’m up at 5am. No, I’m not a morning person but I become one and I wouldn’t change it for anything💪🏽
Coffee, training, pretending I’m not tired, repeat 🔁
My clients think I’m full of energy but clearly It’s the double shot. Don’t tell them 🤫😂

If you off-road, you know this feeling. 😂 One minute it’s “noooo,” the next it’s “YES.”

The days you don’t want to are the days that count the most.
Not every session feels good. Some days you’re tired, run down, not feeling it! Today was one of them for me personally! but guess what. Showed up anyway.
That’s the difference - not talent, not motivation. Just doing it when you don’t want to.
If you’re ready to show up even on the hard days and want to level up mentally and physically, DM me “READY.” 👇

Mind blowing transformation this from my client Jason in just over 7 WEEKS🤯. Dropped from 83kg to 76kg of body fat whilst some solid muscle been built at the same time.
No fad diet. No shortcuts. Just progressive overload, calculated macros, and me in his corner keeping him accountable every step of the way.
Most people think you can’t lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Jason’s proof that with the right plan, you can.
consistency as always is key in this results.
Massive credit to Jason for trusting the process and putting the work in week after week. 🔥well done mate👏🏽

Copying someone else’s program off Instagram or your other mate you met at the gym? Here’s why it’s holding you back and you’ll go nowhere.
Their goals aren’t your goals. Their starting point isn’t yours. Their recovery isn’t yours. And a screenshot doesn’t progress as you get stronger - a real plan does.
No accountability means no one catches it when it stops working for you.
If you seriously want a plan built for you, not copied from someone else, DM me “READY.”👇🏽

Scilla deserved a post of its own 🫶🏽🇮🇹
One of my favourite places in Italy, a proper little hidden gem tucked away on the Calabrian coast 💙

Named after Scylla, the beautiful nymph who Greek mythology tells was transformed into a sea monster by the jealous sorceress Circe - a legend that still lives on around this little coastal town. 🧜🏽‍♀️🌊 … Already want to go back 😭🫶🏽✨ #calabria #scilla #italy #mythology by @_am_personaltraining
