One year ago today, I officially became a franchise owner. ❤️

It’s honestly hard to put into words what this past year has meant to me. Owning a business has challenged me, humbled me, exhausted me, and taught me more about myself than I ever expected.

There have been long days, hard lessons, plenty of moments where I had to figure things out as I went, and probably more stress than I’d ever admit 😂 — but there have also been so many moments that reminded me exactly why I took this leap.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built over this first year. I’m proud of my team, grateful for every customer who has walked through our doors, and thankful for every person who has supported me and my store along the way.

Taking ownership wasn’t just about owning a restaurant. It was about taking a chance on myself and building something I could truly call mine.

We’ve grown a lot in one year, and we’re just getting started.

Happy one-year anniversary to my little piece of the American dream. 🥹❤️

Here’s to year two. 🥂 by @_amandamanda___

2025 was spent working on self love and my health, healing, building a closer relationship with God, juggling my career and being a present mother , the list goes on. Definitely had more bad days than good but I’m going into this new year optimistic as always. ❤️ by @_amandamanda___
