To the Gangsta Pi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. thank you. Words will never be enough, but I owe you my deepest gratitude for helping shape the man I’ve become. You didn’t just give me letters; you gave me discipline, pride, and most importantly brotherhood.

To my Pros thank you for laying the groundwork and providing a strong example of how to carry the letters with distinction, self control, and excellence. Your commitment, direction, and presence have forced me to develop as a brother. It was a privilege to follow in your footsteps. I appreciate everything you’ve done to welcome and assist me on this journey.

To the 10 K.O.M.M.A.N.D.M.E.N.T.S: we started as line brothers, but somewhere along the way, we became something even greater family. We’ve been through it all together: the late nights, the laughs that made our sides hurt, the challenges that tested our limits, and the moments of triumph that no one else could understand but us. Together, we forged a bond no time or distance could ever weaken. We made history. We built legacy. And through it all, we stayed solid. “Achievement in every field of human endeavor” isn’t just a motto we lived and breathed it. And we will keep living it, not just for ourselves, but for those who come after us.

To 15 A.M.W Congratulations on entering this lifetime brotherhood, and welcome to the connection, I’m proud of every one of you for persevering and demonstrating your abilities. This is just the beginning never forget that the letters you wear are symbolic of responsibility, history, and weight. Continue to strive for excellence in all you do, remain hungry, and maintain your humility. As a resource and brother, I’m here for you, and I’m excited to see the difference you all will create. Together, let’s keep developing and growing.

I’m beyond grateful for every coach who played a role in my track journey. Each of you believed in me, guided me, and helped shape not only the athlete but the person I’ve become.

To Coach Ellison, you were the first. You saw a shy 10 year old with a spark and lit the fire that’s been burning ever since. You gave me a foundation when I didn’t even know what potential looked like yet. I’ll never forget that. You didn’t just teach me how to run you taught me how to believe in myself.

To @i.am.coach.kris , you took that raw potential and helped me sharpen it. You believed in my greatness before I could fully see it in myself, and you challenged me to rise higher every single day. You didn’t just make me faster—you made me better. As an athlete, as a competitor, and as a man.

And to @_jxmilee you changed my life. You were the first to take a real chance on me, to look at me and see more than just numbers on a stopwatch. You gave me my first track scholarship, and in doing so, opened a door I never imagined I’d walk through. Thank you for seeing something in me that even I hadn’t yet seen.

Each of you left a mark on my heart that I’ll carry forever. Thank you for pouring into me, pushing me, and believing in the dream even when it was just beginning to take shape. by @_amiri.4

By the grace of God, the unwavering love of my family, and the power of countless prayers, I’m proud—truly proud—to say that I will be graduating from Alcorn State University on May 10th at 9:00 a.m.

This journey has been far from easy. There were moments filled with doubt, late nights, sacrifices, and quiet battles no one ever saw. But through it all, faith carried me—when strength ran low, when the path wasn’t clear, when I didn’t know what came next, I leaned on the promise that God’s plan was greater than my struggle.

To my family thank you. For every call, every prayer, every push, and every ounce of belief you poured into me when I needed it most. I didn’t make it here alone. This moment belongs to all of us.

May this just be the beginning of what God has in store. The tassel is worth every tear. by @_amiri.4

How do I even start? Seeing everyone of you mature during this process has been one of my greatest life achievements. Even with all the difficulties you encountered, you handled them with courage, pride, and a sense of mission that perfectly captures the essence of Kappa Alpha Psi. You remained steadfast. You never gave up. And you became brothers during it all. In addition to the letters you wear, I’m really proud of the Nupes you’re growing into because of your desire, discipline, and character. I appreciate you entrusting me with your adventure. That trust was crucial. But be aware that the actual labor has begun. This connection? This fraternity?
